Terms of Use
Last updated: 26 August 2026
BeatSleep is licensed, not sold, to you. Your use of it is governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with the terms below.
Not a medical device
BeatSleep is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and nothing it shows you is a medical measurement or a medical opinion. If you have a sleep disorder, a heart condition, or any other health concern, talk to a doctor rather than to an app. Do not use BeatSleep in place of treatment you have been prescribed.
What you need
An Apple Watch and a paired iPhone. The vibration cadence is produced by the watch; without one, the app has nothing to lead you with.
BeatSleep Pro
Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, offered monthly or yearly. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings › your name › Subscriptions on your iPhone. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com; the developer never receives your payment and cannot issue a refund directly.
Any unused portion of a free trial, where one is offered, is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
Promotional codes
A promotional code granting Pro is a gift, not a purchase. It carries no cash value, cannot be resold or exchanged, and may be revoked if it was obtained fraudulently.
Your data
Your nights are yours. See the privacy policy: they stay on your devices, and the developer has no access to them.
No warranty
BeatSleep is provided as is. It cannot guarantee that you will fall asleep, that you will sleep better, or that any measurement it shows is clinically accurate. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have as a consumer under Spanish or EU law that cannot be limited by agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Spain.
