How do I get my purchase back on another iPhone?

In the Plan tab, tap “…” and then “Restore purchase”, with the same Apple Account you bought it with.

Reminders don’t arrive

Check in Settings > Notifications > BBQ that they are allowed. They arrive even with the iPhone locked.

The weather doesn’t show

BBQ needs location permission for the weather: Settings > Privacy > Location Services > BBQ.

Does “Check the fire” measure temperature?

No. It is an estimate from the colour of the coals. For meat, a thermometer is still the most reliable.

How do I ask for a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
