Splits collects no data
There is no account, no analytics, no advertising and no server of ours.
Apple Health
With your permission, Splits reads workouts, heart rate, heart rate variability, sleep and other measures from Apple Health, and can write the workouts you tick off. This data is processed on your device and is never sent to us, sold, or used for advertising.
iCloud
If iCloud sync is on, your plan, race, settings and the sessions you log by hand are stored in your own private iCloud account so your devices match. We cannot see it.
Assistant
The coach uses Apple Intelligence on your device or on Apple's Private Cloud Compute, which does not store requests. If you choose Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini, you add your own key and agree first; a summary of the numbers the coach needs goes directly from your device to that provider under its own policy. Keys stay in your Keychain.
Location and weather
If you turn on the weather, your approximate location is used on your device to ask Apple Weather for the forecast. It is not stored by Splits or sent to us.
Calendar
Only if you ask, Splits reads your busy events or adds your sessions to your calendar, on your device.
Purchases
Splits Pro is sold and managed by Apple. We never see your payment details.
Children
Splits is not directed at children under 13.
