In one sentence: Ilusio collects no personal data, has no accounts, no analytics and sends nothing to any server of mine, because there is no server of mine.
What is stored and where
Ilusio stores on your device what it needs to work: which lessons you have done, your practice minutes, the level of your moves, the state of your review questions, your notes and your performance log. That information does not leave your device.
Camera
The Mirror tool uses the front camera as a live mirror so you can see your hands. No image is recorded, stored or transmitted. Permission is requested only the first time you open the Mirror.
Notifications
If you turn on the daily reminder, the app schedules local notifications on your device. They do not go through any server.
Purchases
The full course purchase is processed by Apple through the App Store. Ilusio does not receive your payment details.
What there is not
- No user accounts or sign-up.
- No advertising or advertising identifiers.
- No analytics, telemetry or usage tracking.
- No third-party components or libraries.
- No data is sold or shared with anyone, because none is collected.
Crash reports
If you have "Share With App Developers" turned on, Apple may send me anonymous technical crash reports. Apple manages them, and you can turn them off in Settings › Privacy & Security › Analytics & Improvements.
Children
Ilusio collects no personal data from anyone, including children.
