Frequently asked questions
What do I need?
An HB pencil, an eraser and printer paper. Later a soft pencil (2B or 4B) helps with shading, and a fine liner for the ink month. Each drawing lists its materials.
I have never drawn. Is it for me?
Yes. The course starts with how to hold the pencil and draw a straight line, and each month builds on the last. Fifteen minutes a day is enough.
I'm stuck on a step
Pause the animation and drag the slider to see the stroke slowly. What is about to be drawn shows first in red, dashed. If a step is unclear, write to me and I will look at it.
Where are my sketchbook photos?
Only on your device, inside the app. You can delete one by pressing and holding it in Progress › Your sketchbook.
I changed iPhone and can't see my purchase
Go to Progress › Restore purchase, using the same Apple Account you bought with. The purchase works with Family Sharing.
Does it work offline?
Yes. The whole course is inside the app. You only need a connection to buy or restore.
